The COMPUTER TRAINING CENTRE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is an efficient, time-saving, easy way to report, view, and control file versions. This is an easy task, and managing it is much easier. DMS is a suite of programs that keep an annotated history of projects and automate most of the hassle involved in avoiding conflicts of changes.

Most Computer management systems have the same basic logic. The centers have a lot of data, and most of them are still carried on paper. The certificate issuance is also an issue, where digital certificates are the new trend. The centers still rely on the old manually stamped and sealed certificates. Fees collection is also a part where we would want to introduce digitalization. Administrators can monitor regular monetary transactions, and the institution’s fee collection program can be coordinated according to the institution’s rules. The data in the system can be analyzed, graphed, and reported in the format of your choice. The administrator has complete control over this software.

Administrators can send event announcements to all users in the lab. The user ID and password will be provided to the student. For students, grades, fees, and Test results. Parents have access to community testimony, achievements, teacher comments, and details of everything related to the community.

Introduction

The idea of ​​developing a “COMPUTER TRAINING CENTRE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” project came to me. The idea of ​​developing a laboratory management system was devised after considering traditional methods of working and coordinating within the system by various institutions. The computer center management system has a separate database for each institutional department to simplify the management. Teachers, students, administrators, and other users are granted access to data and different access levels to determine what data can be modified/updated. Users can view and edit their profiles. Drawbacks of The Existing System

2. Updating Issues: – Problems updating data on existing systems as everything is stored in registers and files. Updating data is very difficult and time-consuming.

3. Scattered Data (Non-Centralized): -On existing systems, records are kept under the file management system. Due to this system, the data placement is not in a specific location, which creates confusion and increases the time it takes to maintain good records.

4. Delay in retrieving information: – Retrieving information is a very time-consuming process due to a large amount of data. If you need to find a particular record, you need to scan many registers.

5. Problem with keeping the data: – Due to a large amount of data, more disk space is required to store the data. Also, everything is saved on paper, and this type of storage is vulnerable to damage over time and other random factors.

6. No integration or relation between the data: – Current systems do not support data integrity.

7. Not proper retrieval of information: – When information is needed for a specific purpose, it is challenging to get the data on an existing system.

Proposed System

The new system will automate the whole work of the institute. In this project, we will retrieve a student’s information or update the information easily by the use of a computer. If any new student comes into the institute for admission, all the information regarding the student and in which course they want to take admission or what the roll is not given to the student the information is stored in the database. We can easily retrieve, change, update or save the information. Information regarding the teachers or non-teaching staff is also in

this project. Here we will manage the library also that is how many books are in the library and information of all the issued books from the library. The student’s fine is also calculated by the use of a computer from the attendance chart. Monthly Student Fund Management. Or semester-based. The proposed system was created using technology. H. VB 6.0 with ORACLE8i. The proposed system is a high-speed, simple, and efficient system.

Objective of The New System

The goal is to design a system that can integrate all of the above points. It works on a single system and is easy to use. New system All records and files from the old system should be combined into one Comprehensively linked for access.

Some information, this can be done efficiently. The system should be a one-stop-shop solution where all the different jobs are present. About various activities and functions of the center.

In a single window with minimal effort. In other words, with the new system, You can get the job done much more efficiently in a short amount of time. It is more effective than the existing system. The design aspect of the new system should be aimed at establishing everyone.

Advantages and Disadvantages

The many advantages of the system are already discussed above, and the system is designed in a very user-friendly nature. The project’s main objective is to reduce some manual work and digitalize the process.

One of the main disadvantages that we faced was implementing the huge requirement that the centers require. That providing all in one system is quite impossible. However the, we are constantly working to improve our system.
